Service Description

SBD Powerlifting! An hour long powerlifting class coached by Shahryar Moshiri. Athletes will perform squat, bench, and deadlift variations designed to correct any deficiencies and be given queues to improve overall efficiency. Targeted at all experience levels, this class will improve your technique and technical knowledge of the powerlifting lifts. Every Saturday: 1:00 pm and 2:30 Packages available! 8 sessions with or w/o open membership
