Dr.Ricky Singh , BSc. Kin (Hons), DC, CSCS

Dr. Ricky Singh graduated from McMaster University with a Bachelors of Science degree in Kinesiology in 2009 and from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College as a Doctor of Chiropractic in 2014. Throughout his education, Dr. Singh has focused his studies on understanding mechanisms of injury and how to optimize human movement.


Dr. Singh has worked as a Performance Therapist for Athletics Canada as a member of their Integrated Support Team. He has traveled the world with the Canadian Track & Field Team and was most recently in Tokyo for the 2020 Paralympic Games. Dr. Singh has consulted for sporting organizations such as Hockey Canada and Golf Canada. He is the co-founder of heal space, a health and wellness space which helps people live pain free lives.


Dr. Singh uses a holistic approach to help his patients get out of pain, move with greater confidence and most importantly, improve the relationship with their body. He combines chiropractic therapy with exercise and lifestyle modification to help his patients regain pain free movements quickly. He collaborates with coaches and trainers to make sure his treatment plans align with his patient's training plans. Dr. Singh is currently training for his Strongfirst kettlebell certification. You may see him swinging kettlebells around or powerlifting so be sure to say Hi to him at Back Alley Barbell!
