Service Description

SBD Powerlifting! An hour-long powerlifting class coached by Shahryar Moshiri. Athletes will perform squat, bench, and deadlift variations designed to correct any deficiencies and be given cues to improve overall efficiency. Targeted at all experience levels, this class will improve your technique and technical knowledge of the powerlifting lifts. Every Saturday: 8:30 Personalised programming is included in all packages Form Checks and live feedback outside of Class hours
