Introduction to Olympic Weightlifting. This a special session being run for Her Sports Festival attendees taking place on May 30. Who is this for? Anyone and everyone looking for a safe, technical and knowledgeable introduction to Olympic Weightlifting. Learn the proper execution of the Snatch and Clean & Jerk! The workshop runs for approximately 2 hours. It will include - Theoretical explanations - Technical breakdown - Progressions of both the snatch and clean & jerk from dowels to bars. - Understanding the technical requirements of the Snatch and Clean & Jerk ALL levels welcome NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Enjoyed the workshop? Continue your lifting with open membership or Calvin's weekly classes!
