It’s official - GRINCHMASS IS HERE! 🎄💪 Join us for a fun, unsanctioned, in-house strongman competition at Back Alley Barbell. 🗓️: Sunday, December 13th 📍: 1453 Dupont St. Registration - 12:30 pm Weigh ins - 1:00 pm Lifting starts - 2:00 pm Strongman will run during the afternoon and evening session. Spectators always welcome 🙌
