ONE TIME INTRODUCTION to Powerlifting Who is this for? Anyone and everyone looking for a safe, technical and knowledgeable approach to Powerlifting. Learn the proper execution of the Squat, Bench Press and Deadlift! Included: - 2 hours of technical work - Small group session, 1-5 participants - Understanding the technical requirements of the Squat, Bench, and Deadlift - Powerlifting specific mobility drills - Testing your strength at the Squat, Bench, and Deadlift ALL levels welcome NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED If you’ve ever been curious about lifting heavy? This is the workshop for you. Workshop runs at least once per month! Enjoyed the workshop? Continue your lifting with open membership or Moshiri's weekly classes! $50 for members, $99 for non-members
