Quick FAQs
Is personal training right for me?

We’re biased. We think that personal training is right for everyone if you want to learn from the ground up, or just brush up on your pre-existing knowledge. Personal training is great if you need help with what to do at the gym, how your body is working, why it’s important to build strong foundation & form, what your muscles are exactly doing during your workout, and just to have someone help you with direction & accountability.

Are the workshops beginner friendly?

Oh ya, for sure they are. We’ve set up the workshops to be a great space for beginners to drop in once a month and learn the basics until they’re ready to get into something more intermediate.

Are the classes beginner friendly?

Actually, yes! The classes are intended to foster those who are more intermediate into advanced, and eventually sport. However, our coaches who run the classes are still more than ready to work with beginners. As these classes run once per week, it’s a great resource if you’d prefer learning and working out with a group.

What’s the deal with memberships?

Alright, let us give you the spiel. Membership is a month-to-month expense. You’re not locked into a contract and can cancel your membership or put it on pause at anytime without being charged a fee. All we ask is 10 days notice of the change in advance of your next invoice. We are an open hours gym and as a member you get a Key Fob that gives you access to the gym space from 4am - 11pm, everyday of the week including holidays.
