Service Description

We will be focusing on the points of the sport that will increase your work capacity through the development of system-of-power endurance. You will learn the absolute value of kettlebells even if you are unfamiliar with Kettlebell Sport. The essentials that will be covered: - Gripping - Holding - Fixating - Breathing & The Pendulum - Swings - Cleans - Seated & Overhead Press - Basic Exercise for Fitness & an Overview of KB Sport Dress Code: - Tights or Compression Shorts - to check positioning of knees & hips - Heavy Cotton Shirt - to Help grip & prevent slips of kettlebell
