Who is this for? Anyone and everyone looking for a safe, technical and knowledgeable approach to Powerlifting. Learn the proper execution of the Squat, Bench Press and Deadlift! Included: - 2 hours of technical work - Understanding the technical requirements of the Squat, Bench, and Deadlift - Powerlifting specific mobility drills - Testing your strength at the Squat, Bench, and Deadlift Days available: May 7th (full), 15th, and more to be announced $35 for members, $60 for non-members
